Here’s a favorite snack of ours… Peanut Butter Oatmeal Balls! They’re easy (no bake!), healthy, and oh-so-tasty! The ingredients are simple, few, and ones that I usually have on hand.
No Bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Balls
I combine the three dry ingredients (oats, raisins, and flax).
In a measuring cup, I mix the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla. You don’t have to do it separately, but I find it combines a little easier. (This mixture, by the way, makes a fantastic dip for apple slices!)
And finally… find a hungry toddler who’s just woken up from her nap to help you eat them.
